We started with one stubborn idea.
Operate the trip ourselves rather than resell other people's. Walk every property the night before you arrive, pay every supplier directly, hire drivers we know personally, write every itinerary by hand — then charge a transparent fee on top of the real cost.
We stay deliberately small. We take a limited number of private tours a year, many of them returning families and friends-of-friends. We are slow to scale and fast to answer the phone.
"If we wouldn't send our own mother to that riad next Tuesday, we don't put it in your itinerary. That's the whole standard."

From a riad office near Bab Boujloud, the idea has always been simple: operate every trip ourselves rather than resell other people's. Every itinerary is written by hand by the same people who answer the phone.

Our drivers are in-house
We don't subcontract cars. Our chauffeurs are career drivers on our own payroll — people we know personally, who travel with you start to finish.

We pay our suppliers fairly
Local hosts, fair driver day-rates, and invoices settled within days — not the months the industry too often normalises. The people who make your trip are looked after.
